By accessing or using URLmind ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of the URLmind API, dashboard, and related services operated at urlmind.com.
URLmind is a business intelligence API. You submit a business URL; we crawl publicly available web content, enrich it with third-party data sources, and return a structured company profile in JSON, CLAUDE.md, or MCP config format.
URLmind extracts information from publicly available sources only. We do not access private, authenticated, or paywalled content.
1 credit = 1 research job. Credits are consumed when a research job is initiated, regardless of the result. Failed jobs due to service errors on our side do not consume credits.
You agree not to use URLmind to:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
URLmind extracts data from publicly available web sources using automated tools and AI. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any company profile generated by the Service.
You are solely responsible for verifying any information before making business decisions based on it. URLmind is not liable for damages resulting from reliance on inaccurate or outdated data.
Confidence scores provided in profiles are estimates — they do not constitute a warranty of accuracy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, URLmind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us at info@urlmind.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a legal or security risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
